The Quadruple Your Money Guarantee

If your business deploys Drisit in accordance with the Drisit Best Practices Guide (BPG), we guarantee that you’ll receive a 4x return on your Drisit subscription within the first four months.  If you don’t and you decide to stop using Drisit, then we’ll make up the difference by paying you cash!  


How can we afford to do this? The bottom line is that we know that Drisit works. Our confidence in Drisit comes from its amazing ability to reduce unnecessary travel.  


The Drisit 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you use Drisit for two months of continuous use and are not fully satisfied with it and we cannot make it right, we will refund 100% of your subscription fees. Simply request a refund in writing within 30 days of your 60th day of Drisit use.


The Drisit 99.9% Uptime Guarantee

Uptime for Drisit will be no less than 99.9% during your operating hours. Any sum of outages exceeding 0.1% of a month will constitute an SLA violation and will cause a full refund of 100% of the amount of any subscription charges for the entire duration of the outage.  Internet connectivity interruptions on your end do not qualify as service outages.


The Drisit Low Price Guarantee

We believe Drisit is completely unique. If you find an equivalent service for a lower price within 30 days of your order, we'll refund 100% of the difference.



How we measure Drisit ROI

Depending on the type of business, Drisit provides a ROI in a few ways:

  1. Customer satisfaction. For some of our customers, the Drisit ROI is measured as the return to our customers’ customers. In those cases, the ROI is defined as the number of hours that Drisit allowed your customers to save, times the value of their time.

  2. Staff cost savings. Drisit saves your staff travel time, and helps make your staff more efficient. 

  3. Drisit-derived revenues for you. Drisit allows you to make money from providing access to your drone to others.

  4. Additional customers booked thanks to a Drisit. Drisit can increase your sales by providing your customers with a preview of your property. 


The total Drisit-derived revenues are defined as the sum of all applicable Driist-derived revenues as defined above. If the sum of a subset of the above exceeds 400% ROI, we may decide not to measure the others. Drisit ROI in any period is the ratio of Drisit-derived revenues over the sum of all Drisit fees (excluding any optional hardware fees, which are used to pay our hardware providers). We guarantee this ratio to be 400% or more within 4 months of beginning service.


Drisit Best Practices Guide (BPG)

To claim a payment under our 400% ROI guarantee, you must:

  1. Have launched Drisit within 30 days of the delivery of your Drisit credentials.

  2. Have made your drone available daily on the Drisit platform, if you intend to use Drisit as a revenue source.

  3. Have participated in daily calls with your Drisit support team for the first week of operation, in order to make any necessary system configuration adjustments and answer any questions that you may have.

  4. Have participated in weekly calls with your Drisit support team for weeks 2 through 8.

  5. Have used Drisit every week for your first four months of Drisit service.

  6. Have used Drisit as instructed by all published Drisit User Manuals and training from Drisit team members.

  7. Have allowed a Drisit team member to observe operations on-site, if requested.

  8. Show that the Drisit ROI for your first four months of service, as defined above, is less than 400%.

  9. Stop using Drisit after four months. Customers who leave the Drisit family will not be allowed to resume Drisit service.
